2025 Summer Camp Financial Policies

$700 tuition due at sign up before March 1, 2025. $750 due at signup March 1, 2025 on. 

• Refunds given until 5/31/25, minus a $100.00 cancellation fee. All cancellation requests should be sent to dues@woodsidevaulters.org

• Cancellations made after 5/31/25 WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

• Registrations made after 5/31/25 WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

• Any camp cancelled by Woodside Vaulters will be 100% refunded. 

Due to rising costs associated with credit card processing, there will be a small convenience fee of 3% on payments made via credit card. Please note that other payment methods, such as ACH Payment, will remain available without any additional fees.

For Woodside Vaulters families only: Camp cancellations will result in an account credit (minus a $75 cancellation fee), not a refund.
