Join us for Summer Camp 2025 the weeks of June 16-10, June 23-27, July 7-11, and July 14-18. Kids ages 6 through 12 are welcome. Activities include vaulting, Movie/barrel, horsemanship, floor gymnastics, crafts, and FUN! No vaulting experience necessary.

Camp registration is now open for Woodside Vaulters 2025 Summer Camp. We invite you to secure your space today as sessions are limited to 12 campers and tend to fill up quickly.
General Info:
Camp sessions are open to kids 6-12 years of age. Camp runs Monday through Friday, 9am-3pm. Early Bird Tuition is $700 per session when you register before March 1. As of March 1, tuition is $750. We are pleased to offer the following one-week sessions:
Session 1: June 16-20 – This session is open to all. (12 campers maximum)
Session 2: June 23-27 – This session is open to all. (12 campers maximum)
Session 3: July 7-11 – This session is open to all. (12 campers maximum)
Session 4: July 14-18 – This session is open to all. (12 campers maximum)
Our camp’s location is the Woodside Vaulters Barn at The Horse Park at Woodside, 3674 Sand Hill Road, Woodside CA

$700 tuition due at sign up before March 1, 2025. $750 due at signup after March 1, 2025.
Refunds given until 5/31/25, minus a $100.00 cancellation fee. All cancellation requests should be sent to dues@woodsidevaulters.org
Cancellations made after 5/31/25 WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
Registrations made after 5/31/25 WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
Any camp cancelled by Woodside Vaulters will be 100% refunded.
Due to rising costs associated with credit card processing, there will be a small convenience fee of 3% on payments made via credit card. Please note that other payment methods, such as ACH Payment, will remain available without any additional fees.
For Woodside Vaulters families only: Camp cancellations will result in an account credit (minus a $75 cancellation fee), not a refund.
