Join us for Summer Camp 2026 the weeks of June 15-19, July 13-17, July 20-24 and August 3-7. Kids ages 6 through 12 are welcome. Activities include vaulting, Movie/barrel, horsemanship, floor gymnastics, crafts, and FUN! No vaulting experience necessary.

Camp registration is now open for Woodside Vaulters 2026 Summer Camp. We invite you to secure your space today as sessions are limited to 12 campers and tend to fill up quickly.

General Info:

Camp sessions are open to kids 6-12 years of age.  Camp runs Monday through Friday, 9am-3pm.  Early Bird Tuition is $725 per session when you register before March 1. As of March 1, tuition is $775. We are pleased to offer the following one-week sessions:

  • Session 1: June 15-19 – This session is open to all. (12 campers maximum)

  • Session 2: July 13-17 – This session is open to all. (12 campers maximum)

  • Session 3: July 20-24 – This session is open to all. (12 campers maximum)

  • Session 4: August 3-7 – This session is open to all. (12 campers maximum)

Our camp’s location is the Woodside Vaulters Barn at The Horse Park at Woodside, 3674 Sand Hill Road, Woodside CA

2026 Summer Camp Financial Policies

$725 tuition due at sign up before March 1, 2026. $775 due at signup after March 1, 2026. 

  • Refunds given until May 31, 2026, minus a $100.00 cancellation fee. All cancellation requests should be sent to dues@woodsidevaulters.org

  • Cancellations made after May 31, 2026 WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

  • Registrations made after May 31, 2026 WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

  • Any camp cancelled by Woodside Vaulters will be 100% refunded. 

Due to rising costs associated with credit card processing, there will be a small convenience fee of 3% on payments made via credit card. Please note that other payment methods, such as ACH Payment, will remain available without any additional fees.

​For Woodside Vaulters families only: Camp cancellations will result in an account credit (minus a $75 cancellation fee), not a refund.
